Gov. Bobby Jindal seems to be changing his mind about a high-speed passenger train linking Baton Rouge with New Orleans. The governor says he supports going after federal stimulus money after finding earmarks for other states in the president’s recovery package.

Jindal is a liar. There was NO provision for magnetic levitation in the bill. Though if there was (and there is NOT) he’s a hypocrite fro complaining about it since he claims to welcome infrastructure spending.

hey momrdrame, he’s taking the relief money that WASHINGTON has dragged their feet getting to the state to rebuild after Katrina. Nevermind that for two years after Katrina the DEMOCRAT governor had done nothing to rebuild and our senators (a democrat and republican) haven’t done enough to secure the funds. But I’m sure you already knew that, this uninformed idiot thing is just an act that you put on here on youtube.

The people of Louisiana won’t elect this idiot again. How can he turn down one cent, when they haven’t even recovered from Katrina?! I gurantee he didn’t ask the people what they want, because he already knows. People need relief ASAP and this fool is playing politics! No one cares what these dumb ass republicans want, they created the problem! Now he’s deciding to turn away help for others, that’s crazy! He’s very clear about why he rejected it. It creates a permanent rise in unemployment taxes for businesses in the future. Agree or disagree, it’s his opinion of what is best to do. I don’t understand why people on opposite ends of this have to hate each other so much. I rarely vote Republican, but I at least understand his reasoning.

Gov. Bobby Jindal laid out his budget on Friday. The budget includes cuts for the Department of Health and Hospitals. I guess after giving his friends big raises and offering up to 60 million to a private business, Louisiana needs to cut health care.
